    2013年欧洲地球科学联盟联合大会(EGU会议)于4月7日—4月12日在奥地利首都维也纳举行。会议共设22个分会场,讨论交流地学不同专题领域的最新进展。会议中关于土壤侵蚀模型的探讨主要从模型的新发展、模型的应用和模型的不确定性三个方面展开,强调了不同领域之间的交流与协作,关注了侵蚀模型研究中面临的挑战。对我国土壤侵蚀模型研究的启示主要有以下几个方面:(1)重视对不同尺度、不同类型的侵蚀模型整合技术的研究;(2)加强对土壤侵蚀机理的研究,在此基础上改善模型结构;(3)推进GIS和RS技术在土壤侵蚀研究中的应用,为侵蚀模型研究提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    The European Geosciences Union General Assembly was held on April 7 - April 12, 2013 in the capital of Austrian, Vienna. This year, the EGU General Assembly 2013 was again a great success with 4,684 oral, 8,207 poster, and 452 PICO presentations as well as 11,167 scientists attending from 95 countries. There were 22 disciplinary sessions in the conference, and the latest development of different thematic areas in geosciences was discussed. Discussion on soil erosion models in the conference mainly from three aspects: new developments of the model, application of the model and model uncertainty. The meeting stressed the communication and collaboration of different areas in geosciences, concerned the challenges of soil erosion model. The following aspects are the revelation of EGU on China’s research of soil erosion model: (1) emphasizing the research of the integrating technology of different scales, different types of erosion models; (2) strengthening the research on mechanism of soil erosion, and improving the model structure on this basis; (3) promoting the GIS and RS technology in soil erosion applications to provide technical support for the erosion model research.
