    黄芩生长季节设4种供水处理,即严重干旱处理Ⅰ(150 mm)、中度干旱处理Ⅱ(250 mm)、轻度干旱处理Ⅲ (350 mm)、充分供水处理Ⅳ(450 mm)作对照,研究了水分供给量对黄芩生长与光合特性的影响。结果表明,水分供给量250 mm和350 mm处理,黄芩生长好,地上部、地下部和总生物量均较高,Pn日均值为13.24~12.76μmolCO2•m-2•s-1;水分供给量150 mm和450 mm处理,黄芩地上部、地下部和总生物量均较低;水分供给量350mm和450mm处理,黄芩Pn出现光合“午休"现象,呈不明显双峰曲线;水分供给量250 mm和350 mm处理,黄芩Pn与Ci呈显著正相关(p<0.05);WUE在150mm处理较高,与450mm处理差异达显著水平(p<0.05);黄芩Pn降低是气孔因素和非气孔因素共同作用,上午和下午气孔因素为主,中午非气孔因素为主;黄芩比较耐旱,适度的干旱提高黄芩Pn和药用部位根的生物量,提高黄芩根部黄芩苷的含量,吉林省黄芩规模种植区应选择黄芩生长季节降水量250~350 mm的地区。

    Abstract:

    Four treatments of water supply (serious drought-150mm, medium drought-250mm, light drought-350mm and plenty water supply-450mm) were adopted in this experiment, to study the effects of various water supply treatments on the growth and photosynthetic characters in Scutellaria baicalensis during the growing season. The results showed that under the water supply of 250mm and 350mm S. baicalensis grew better than other treatments with high biomass of shoot, root and the total, and the daily average of Pn is 12.76~13.24μmolCO2•m-2•s-1. Lower biomass of shoot, root and the total were observed under the water supply of 150mm and 450mm. A two-peak curve in photosynthesis was presented with a midday depression in 350mm and 450mm water supply treatments. There was a significant positive correlation between Pn and Ci (p<0.05) under water supply of 250 mm and 350 mm. WUE was higher in 150mm treatment with a significant difference compared to the treatment of 450mm (p<0.05). Pn reduction in S. baicalensis originated from the co-effects of stomata factor and non- stomata factor. Stomata factor is dominant in the morning and in the afternoon, and non- stomata factor is dominant at noon. Appropriate dry condition may increase the Pn, root biomass and the content of root baicalin, which is for pharmaceutical use, in S. baicalensis, since it is a drought tolerant plant. These results suggested that the production of S. baicalensis in Jilin province should be arranged in the regions of precipitation ranging from 250 mm to 350 mm.
