    沱江流域作为四川省经济发展的腹心地带和长江上游生态保护屏障区,如何科学协调城镇化发展与生态环境保护之间的耦合关系对推动流域内社会-经济-生态可持续发展至关重要。经济全球化的发展推动了区域间资源要素的流动,使城镇化与生态环境之间的远程互动模式加强,而传统的耦合关系研究只考虑了近程耦合,忽视了远程耦合。基于Landsat遥感数据、夜间灯光数据和土地利用类型数据,构建了改进的复合夜间灯光指数模型(Improved Compounded Nighttime Light Index,MCNLI)测度城镇化水平,改进的遥感生态指数模型(Improved Remote Sensing Ecological Index,MRSEI)测度生态环境质量。此外,采用近远程耦合协调度模型(Local coupling and Telecoupling Coordination Degree,LTCCD)对2000-2020年间的城镇化与生态环境质量之间的耦合关系开展了定量研究。结果表明:(1)MCNLI模型能够客观、科学地评价流域内城镇化的发展水平。沱江流域城镇化发展呈增长趋势,年均增长率为0.00874a-1,在空间上形成以成都市为核心,绵阳市和简阳市等地区为中间圈层,其余地区为外围圈层的空间分布格局。(2)沱江流域MRSEI值整体呈波动下降趋势,年均增长率为-0.0088a-1,2010年之后下降幅度较大,城市之间的生态环境质量差距大。在空间上生态环境质量呈"主城区质量差、丘陵地带质量一般,山地质量好"的城区-丘陵-山地空间梯度分布格局。(3)构建的LTCCD模型能够较为科学合理地反映城镇化与生态环境质量之间的交互耦合效应。LTCCD值呈增长趋势,年均增长率为0.00925a-1,基本协调和高度协调等级的城市数量增多,空间上分布在成都市及其周边地区,流域内城镇化与生态环境质量的耦合关系经历了从不协调到协调的发展历程,耦合协调程度逐渐变优。研究结果丰富了城镇化与生态环境质量耦合关系的理论研究,为促进流域内新型城镇化建设和生态环境保护协调发展提供科学依据。

    Abstract:

    As the economic core of Sichuan Province and an ecological protection barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, the Tuojiang River Basin faces a critical issue: how to scientifically coordinate the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environmental protection to promote sustainable socio-economic-ecological development in the basin. Economic globalization has promoted the interregional flow of resources, strengthening the telecoupled interactions between urbanization and the ecological environment. However, traditional studies on coupling relationships have only considered local coupling, neglecting telecoupling. This study developed an Improved Compounded Nighttime Light Index (MCNLI) to measure urbanization and an Improved Remote Sensing Ecological Index (MRSEI) to evaluate ecological environment quality, based on Landsat imagery, nighttime light data, and land use data. Additionally, a Local coupling and Telecoupling Coordination Degree (LTCCD) model was adopted to conduct a quantitative study on the coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment quality during 2000-2020.The results showed that: (1) The MCNLI model objectively and scientifically evaluated the level of urbanization in the basin. Urbanization in the Tuojiang River Basin showed a growing trend, with an average annual growth rate of 0.00874/a, forming a spatial distribution pattern with Chengdu City as the core, areas such as Mianyang City and Jianyang City as the intermediate circle, and the remaining areas as the peripheral circle. (2) The overall MRSEI value exhibited a fluctuating downward trend, with an average annual rate of -0.0088/a. The decline became more pronounced after 2010, accompanied by a significant disparity in ecological environment quality among cities. Spatially, the ecological environment quality presented an urban-hilly-mountainous spatial gradient distribution pattern of "poor quality in main urban areas, general quality in hilly areas, and good quality in mountainous areas". (3) The constructed LTCCD model can scientifically and reasonably reflected the interactive coupling effect between urbanization and ecological environment quality. The LTCCD value showed a growing trend, with an average annual growth rate of 0.00925/a, and the number of cities with basic and highly coordinated grades has increased, spatially distributed in Chengdu City and its surrounding areas. The coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment quality in the basin had gone through a developmental process from uncoordinated to coordinated, and the degree of coupling coordination has gradually improved. These findings enriched the theoretical understanding of the coupling between urbanization and ecological environment quality and provided a scientific basis for promoting coordinated development of urbanization and ecological protection in the basin.
