    物种多样性的空间分布格局和尺度效应是群落生态学研究的核心问题,然而,物种多样性的空间变异及其尺度效应在时间上如何变化目前仍然不是非常清楚。桂西南喀斯特季节性雨林是全球生物多样性的热点区域之一,为了探寻其物种多样性的空间变异及其时间动态,研究依托广西弄岗15 hm2北热带喀斯特季节性雨林动态监测样地,基于长期监测数据,系统分析其物种丰富度、物种多度、Shannon-Weiner指数、 Simpson指数以及Pielou均匀度指数的多尺度变异及其时间动态,旨在为该区生物多样性保护和利用提供依据。结果显示:(1)物种多样性的空间分布呈现较高的空间异质性,不同生境的多样性差异较大且随尺度而变化;(2)多样性指数的空间变异尺度依赖性显著:物种多度和丰富度的方差随取样尺度增加,Shannon-Weiner、Simpson及Pielou指数的方差随尺度增加单调递减,多样性变异系数均随尺度增加而线性下降;(3)2011-2021年时间动态分析结果显示,各多样性指数空间变异呈现不同特征,多度和丰富度的方差呈显著降低趋势,但Shannon-Weiner指数、Simpson指数及Pielou指数的方差表现为显著增加趋势;丰富度的变异系数随时间变化不明显,而其它多样性指数的变异系数则显著增加,但后期(2016-2021)增加不明显。以上研究结果表明,喀斯特季节性雨林物种多样性具有复杂的时空变化特征,应该谨慎进行尺度的推演,同时也突显了多尺度整合与长期监测对优化喀斯特生物多样性保护策略的重要性。

    Abstract:

    The spatial distribution pattern and scale effect of species diversity are the core issues of community ecology. However, how the spatial variation and scale effect of species diversity change over time remains unclear. The karst seasonal rain forest in Southwest Guangxi is one of the hot spots of global biodiversity. Based on long-term monitoring data, this study systematically analyzed the multi-scale variation and temporal dynamics of species richness, abundance, Shannon-Weiner index, Simpson index and Pielou evenness index in a 15 hm2 northern tropical karst seasonal rainforest in Nonggang, Guangxi aiming to provide a basis for biodiversity conservation and utilization in this region. The results showed that: (1) The spatial distribution of species diversity showed high spatial heterogeneity, and the diversity of different habitats varied greatly across habitats and scales; (2) The spatial variability of diversity indices was significantly scale-dependent: the variance of species abundance and richness increased with sampling scale, while the variances of the Shannon-Weiner, Simpson, and Pielou indices decreased monotonically. The coefficient of variation of diversity also showed a linear decrease with scale; (3) Temporal dynamics analysis from 2011 to 2021 revealed distinct variation patterns among diversity indices: the variances of abundance and richness exhibited significant downward trends, whereas the variances of the Shannon-Weiner, Simpson, and Pielou indices increased significantly; The coefficient of variation of richness remained stable over time, while that of the other diversity indices increased significantly overall, with no significant changes during the later period (2016-2021). The above research results showed that the species diversity of karst seasonal rainforest had complex temporal and spatial variation characteristics, and the scaling interpretation should be carried out carefully. They also highlighted the importance of multi-scale integration and long-term monitoring for optimizing karst biodiversity conservation strategies.
