Abstract:The Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration is located at the intersection of China's two strategic corridors -"the belt and road" and the Yangtze River economic belt, which has special geographical strategic significance. The development of this region will play a key role in promoting the strategic layout of urbanization in China. However, the urban agglomeration in Central Yunnan is currently facing severe pressure of industrial transformation, and the development differences among counties are significant. Based on this, this paper takes the three major industries of industry, agriculture and service industry as an example, constructs the evaluation index system of County Industrial fitness of central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration from the perspective of economy society ecosystem, comprehensively discusses the spatial-temporal pattern evolution characteristics of County Industrial fitness of central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration by using the coefficient of variation TOPSIS Model and fitness comprehensive evaluation model, and focuses on the analysis of county differences and their interactive response characteristics with economic growth, on this basis, identifies the barriers to the development of different county industrial fitness. The results show that: 1 The industrial adaptability of counties in Central Yunnan Urban Agglomeration is mainly basic, but there are significant differences among counties. The adaptability of core counties such as Kunming and Yuxi is higher, while the adaptability of marginal counties such as Xuanwei and Shiping is lower. 2. there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the industrial fitness and the level of economic growth at the county level, but the interactive response intensity is significantly different due to different county economic development modes. 3. the main obstacle factors for the development of county industry adaptation are industrial resource allocation adaptation and industrial technology adaptation, and the obstacle degree distribution shows obvious County differentiation characteristics.
