Abstract:Guiding the realization of the value of rural ecological products through village planning serves as a pivotal mechanism for advancing the "Two Mountains" transformation in rural areas, as well as a critical strategy for fostering rural revitalization and enhancing new agricultural productivity. Firstly, using literature analysis and case analysis methods, the concept connotation and classification standards of rural ecological products were analyzed, and the unique characteristics of the diversity of participating subjects, spatial distribution heterogeneity, and multidimensional value composition of rural ecological products were elaborated. It was pointed out that they face value realization difficulties such as difficulty in coordinating the interests of multiple rural subjects, unclear data base of rural ecological products, poor development and operation path of rural ecological products, and lack of coordination between the supply and demand ends of rural ecological products; Secondly, based on the requirements of the national rural revitalization strategy and the theory of rural territorial systems, combined with the policy background of the reform of the national land spatial planning system, the functional positioning of village planning was clarified, and the theoretical logic, technical logic, and practical logic of village planning empowering the realization of rural ecological product value were explored. The dialectical unity relationship between the three logics was also analyzed; Finally, a path system for village planning to empower the realization of rural ecological product value is constructed from three dimensions: the multi subject collaborative planning mechanism for rural ecological product development, the potential and suitability evaluation of rural ecological product development, and the measures for realizing the value of classified ecological products. The research results indicate that village planning, as a policy tool for rural revitalization and spatial governance, has unique policy and technological advantages in guiding the development, operation, and management of rural ecological products. The theory of rural regional system provides theoretical support for empowering the realization of rural ecological product value in village planning, and the realization of rural ecological product value is one of the important practical applications of the theory of human land relationship regional system in rural areas. Village planning, as a spatial planning decision-making tool that coordinates multiple subjects, integrates multiple sources of data, and coordinates multiple elements, is the overall guide for the future development of rural areas. It has strong technical support capabilities for the development of rural ecological products, and excellent practical experience in various regions has further verified the feasibility of empowering the realization of the value of rural ecological products through village planning.
