Abstract:The realization of the value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products is an effective way to implement the "Double Carbon" goal and practice the "Two Mountains" theory. Accounting the value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products can reveal the value transformation of China's marine fishery carbon sink ecological products, and help realize the value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products. Based on the theory of carbon sink ecological product value accounting, this paper firstly determined the method of carbon sink ecological product value accounting for marine fishery in China. Next, using the relevant marine fishery economic data, the total value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products in China's coastal areas from 2012 to 2022 was calculated. Finally, entropy weight method and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the obstacle factors to realize the value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products in China from 2012 to 2021. The results showed that: (1) The total value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products showed a significant upward trend during 2012-2022, showing the characteristics of Fujian>Shandong>Liaoning>Jiangsu>Zhejiang>Guangxi>Guangdong>Hebei>Haian. (2) The total value of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products in China is huge, but the value distribution of marine fishery carbon sink supply service and regulation service ecological products is unbalanced in different regions, and the value of marine fishery carbon sink supply service ecological products is much larger than the value of regulation service ecological products. (3) From the diagnostic results of obstacle degree factors, the factors that least hinder the realization of the value of China's marine fishery carbon sink ecological products are natural disasters and disaster losses; The obstacles to the realization of the value of China's marine fishery carbon sink ecological products mainly include capital investment, resource endowment and scientific and technological level, among which capital investment is the main obstacle. (4) The top five obstacle factors restricting the realization of value in different regions are significantly different, and the area of mariculture in Hebei, Guangxi and Hainan is less; Liaoning, Fujian and Shandong have less theoretical research on marine fishery carbon sink projects. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong technology research and development and innovation capacity is insufficient. This study clarified the value realization mechanism of marine fishery carbon sink ecological products, and provided theoretical enlightenment for the study of marine fishery carbon sink ecological compensation.
