    沙洲岛屿型滨海湿地是一种特殊的湿地生态系统类型,生物多样性格局形成机制是岛屿生物地理学研究的核心问题之一。九段沙湿地是位于长江口的岛屿型沙洲,本研究于2023年在九段沙湿地的上沙、中沙、下沙和江亚南沙设置了7个监测断面,调查了不同季节和生境的大型底栖动物群落结构及多样性格局,分析了β多样性空间更替(Replacement)和嵌套(Nestedness)组分与群落构建的关系。结果显示:(1)调查到的34个大型底栖动物种类隶属于4门6纲,其中节肢动物门个体数最多占比为42%;(2)中潮滩的海三棱藨草(Scirpus mariqueter)和菰(Zizania latifolia)生境中底栖动物香农-威纳多样性指数、均匀度和丰富度值最高,高潮滩的芦苇(Phragmites australis)和互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)生境次之,低潮滩的光滩生境较低;(3)不同生境底栖动物群落物种组成差异较大,β多样性空间替换占比为45.11%-64.53%,嵌套性占比为22.26%-34.14%,说明多样性差异主要来源于物种在群落间的替换;(4)底栖动物群落β多样性和更替组分随地理空间距离的增加而增加,这说明扩散限制通过影响物种替换现象影响β多样性格局。本研究结果有助于增进对沙洲岛屿型滨海盐沼生物多样性格局的理解,对九段沙湿地生物多样性保护工作具有指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Island-type coastal wetland constitute a distinct category of wetland ecosystems. Exploring the mechanisms shaping biodiversity patterns is a central issue in island biogeography. In 2023, this study set up 7 monitoring sections in the Jiuduansha shoal in the Yangtze River Estuary, covering Shangsha, Zhongsha, Xiasha and Jiangyansha of the wetland. The structural characteristics and diversity patterns of the macrobenthic communities were investigated in the different seasons and habitats, and the relationship between β-diversity components of Replacement and Nestedness and community structure was further analyzed. The results revealed that: (1) The 34 recorded macrobenthic taxa belonged to 5 phyla and 7 classes, with Arthropoda demonstrating dominance at 42% of total abundance; (2) The mean Shannon-Wiener diversity, evenness, and richness indices were the highest in the middle tidal zone with the Scirpus mariqueter and Zizania latifolia habitats, followed by high tidal zone habitats with Phragmites australis and Spartina alterniflora habitats, and the lowest values were observed in the low tidal zone with bare flats; (3) The species composition of the macrobenthic communities was significantly different among the habitats, with the Replacement ratio of β-diversity being 45.11%-64.53% and the Nestedness ratio being 22.26%-34.14%. This indicates that the spatial difference of diversity mainly resulted from the Replacement effects of species in the communities; (4) The β-diversity and its Replacement components exhibited distance-decay relationships, suggesting dispersal limitation shapes diversity patterns through species turnover. These findings enhance our understanding of biodiversity patterns in island-type coastal wetlands and are helpful for biodiversity conservation in the Jiuduansha Wetland.
