Abstract:Park green space is an important part of urban ecosystem and green infrastructure. As an important indicator to measure the rationality of urban park green space layout, accessibility of park green space is a hot topic in recent years. In order to fully understand the development of research on the accessibility of park green space in international journals, this study adopts the method of scientific knowledge map and bibliometrics. With “accessibility of parks” and “accessibility of green space” as the key words, we extracted 262 relevant literatures from the core database of Web of Science. Based on keywords, authors, journal distribution, and literature citations, we used CiteSpace to conduct statistical analysis of visual data. The results show that: (1) with the evolution of time, the number of literatures presented a leapfrog growth. The research methods and contents were becoming increasingly rich, covering landscape architecture, urban and rural planning, geography, sociology, medicine and other related disciplines. (2) The research focus changed constantly, showing a changing trend from focusing on the concept and connotation of park green space accessibility in the early stage to public health and environmental justice in the middle and late stage. (3) Research perspective is becoming increasingly rich and deepening. A series of related topics, such as diet, obesity, physical activity and public health, have become hot topics in the research of park green space accessibility. The review on the accessibility of park green space can provide enlightenment for the planning research and construction practice of park green space in China.
