In accordance with the basic requirements of ecological civilization construction in the national ecological civilization demonstration area, the DPSIR model of the European Environment Agency was introduced into the analysis and evaluation of ecological civilization construction, this paper expounds the four core points of ecological civilization construction evaluation in the demonstration area, and based on these points, 38 indexes are selected from four aspects of ecological system, ecological economy, ecological society and ecological environment, an index system has been set up for the analysis and evaluation of the ecological civilization construction in the demonstration area, taking the national ecological civilization demonstration area at the source of Xiang River as the research object, and using the rough set theory and method to analyze and evaluate the ecological civilization construction of the demonstration area, the results show that the overall level of ecological civilization construction in Ningyuan, Jiang Hua and Blue Mountains counties, the national ecological civilization demonstration area at the source of Xiang River, has been steadily rising, the driving force of ecological society, ecological economy and ecological system has been continuously strengthened, the "state" of resources and environment has been continuously improved, the "impact" of society and environment has been continuously enhanced, and the "response" of economy and environment has been overall and rapid, however, facing the pressure of economic transition, resource and environment, we suggest that we should start from the request of the construction of ecological civilization demonstration area, check the target, look for the gap, and promote the construction of demonstration area.
