    摘要:

    植物功能性状不仅反映植物对生存环境的适应和响应,而且能够强烈影响生态系统功能,是生态学重要研究领域。利用CiteSpace软件,全面系统梳理植物功能性状的研究成果,分析当前国际研究现状,挖掘其知识基础,归纳研究热点和发展趋势。研究发现:(1)国际上植物功能性状研究领域的发文数量经历了缓慢增长-波动增长-平稳增长-快速增长4个阶段;(2)植物功能性状研究分为探索阶段、发展阶段、平稳阶段和扩展阶段,各阶段均由相应的关键文献引领发展。4个阶段的研究热点不同,当前研究热点为"叶性状"、"经济谱"、"植物功能多样性"、"性状生态位";(3)植物功能性状研究内容从大尺度、单一生境、单个性状扩展到小尺度、多生境、多性状组合的演变趋势;(4)美国、德国、法国和中国是该领域贡献最多的国家,中国科学院是发文量最多的机构;Sandra Lavorel,Peter B Reich,Johannes H C Cornelissen等科学家奠定了植物功能性状的研究基础;(5)今后应运用先进技术手段,结合植物不同器官和系统发育信息,研究植物功能性状在不同空间和时间尺度的变化。

    Abstract:

    Plant functional traits are an important research field in ecology, not only reflect the plant’s adaption and response to the living environment, but also significantly affect the ecosystem function. In this paper, CiteSpace software was utilized to summarize the research achievements of plant functional traits, to analyze the current situation of international research, to excavate its intellectual basis and sum up research hotspot as well as growing trends. We found that: (1) the number of papers published of plant functional traits in international has experienced four development stages, which was slow growth, fluctuate growth, steady growth, and swift growth. (2) The study of plant functional traits was divided into groping stage, developing stage, stationary stage, and expansive stage. There were key literatures to lead development at each stage. Furthermore, every stage had different research hotspots. While the current research focuses on “leaf traits”, “economic spectrum”, “plant functional diversity” and “traits niche”. (3) The plant functional traits research has evolved from large-scale, single habitat and single trait, to small-scale, multiple habitats, and multiple traits. (4) The countries with the greatest contribution to this field were America, German, France and China. The Chinese Acad Sci ranked first in the number of publications. The scientists who laid the foundation for the study of plant functional traits were Sandra Lavorel, Peter B Reich, Johannes H C Cornelissen, etc. (5) In the future, advancing technology and methods should be used in plant’s different organs and phylogenetic information to study changes of plant functional traits in different spatial and temporal scales.
