Abstract:As far as the recycling of the construction and demolition waste(CDW) is concerned, the Netherlands is one of the best in the world, especially for the recycling of end-of-life(EoL) concrete. In this work, a stakeholder analysis is made to understand the interactions between the stakeholders in Dutch concrete recycling industry. Furthermore, an element analysis based on the Michael Porter diamond model is carried out highlight the development mechanism of the industry in the Netherlands. Finally, considering the specific country context, suggestions for the development of Concrete Recycling Industry in China is drawn upon the Dutch experience.
