According to the scores of higher plant and animal species, rare species, nature forest area and stock volume, nature wetland area, nature reserves area, standard scores are given to the species diversity, natural forest, natural wetland and nature reserves area of 96 counties in Jiangxi province, based on expert consultation, data standardization and subjective weighting method. Then, vacancy standardized scores of the local nature reserve construction are obtained. The spatial layout characteristics and deficiency of nature reserves are analyzed by using GIS spatial analysis technology. At last, this paper put forward several suggestions and references for a long-term plan of nature reserves spatial layout in Jiangxi.
