The experiments on effects of temperature on survival, growth and development of marine amphipod Grandidierella japonica were conducted for 31 days using immature amphipods (approximately 10 days old) under a set of constant temperatures. The results show that the optimum temperature for G. japonica was 20~26℃. The tolerant temperature range dropped as the larvae grew.
