    摘要:

    在水温29±1℃,光照强度500lx的条件下,研究了不同光周期对中华鳖稚鳖的最大日摄食量、最大日摄食率、特定生长率、同化效率、消化时间和生长效率的影响。结果表明,光周期对中华鳖稚鳖的上述各指标均无显著影响。随体重的增加,中华鳖稚鳖的最大日摄食量逐渐增大,而最大日摄食率则逐渐减少。在人工养殖中华鳖稚鳖过程中,光照周期的选择是次要的。

    Abstract:

    The maximum food consumption, maximum daily ration level, specific growth rate, assimilation efficiency, passage time and growth efficiency of juvenile soft shelled turtle ( Trionyx sinensis ) were measured in different photoperiod.The experimental light intensity was 5001x and water temperature was 29±1℃.
