Assessment indexes of the eco environmental quality in the 11 cities in the contiguous areas of Shanxi,Hebei,Shandong,and Henan Provinces were established according to the methods described in “Study on the Advance Warning on the Resources and Eco environment in China”.We ranked the eco environmental quality in these cities by using hierarchical analysis,so that the economic sustainable developing capability and potential in these cities.could be illustrated.
