    摘要:

    本文研究东北羊草草原土壤微生物生物量的季节变化规律。根据实测数据,利用MV/6000电子计算机构造了趋势方程,并作了F检验,F_(0.25)=2.68.F_0=193.99.效果良好。以此为基础可以进行预测预报。同时利用MV/6000电子计算机绘制三维空间趋势面图形,直观地反映了东北羊草草原土壤分解微生物生物量的季节变化规律。实验结果证明:土壤温度、水分对土壤微生物的生物量影响同等重要。

    his paper deals with the patterns of seasonal variation in the biomass of soil decompos-er microbes in the Leymus chinensis grasslands in northeast China. The data were collected byfield study and then used on a MV/6000 computer to construct contour equations which weresubject to F tests,giving better results with F_(0 .25)=2.68 and F_0=193.99.
