    摘要:

    本文系统地报道了铝对马尾松幼苗的生长和生理生化过程影响。结果指出,铝明显地抑制马尾松的生长,临界浓度为15mg/L;降低光合速率,增加蒸腾作用,提高叶和根的细胞膜透性,减少叶可溶性糖和ATP的含量,抑制ATP酶和GAP酶的活性,破坏松苗对Ca、K、Zn、Fe等营养元素的吸收和转运,铝在体内大量富集,根部积累的铝主要分布在根组织的外皮层。

    Abstract:

    The paper deals with the response of growth, biochemical and physiological process of Pinus massoniana seedling to aluminum under cultural solution. The results indicated that the growth of Pinus massoniana treated by Al3+ was inhibited markedly with a threshold concentration of 15 mg/L.The total chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of needle were reduced with decreasing Al3+ concentration, but the transpiration and cell permeability of needle were increased.
