Based on the data from multi-disciplinary investigations in Daya Bay during the period of 1985-1986, the seasonal variations in quantity of carbon for each carbon sink were calculated and then the model for carbon cycle has been constituted. The model was used to calculate the fluxes of carbon through each cycling way in different seasons so that the retention times of carbon in different sinks were given in this paper.
