波浪冠层栽培模式对高油大豆产量品质及微环境生态因子的影响

    2005~2006年,在菏泽市农科院试验田,以高油大豆品种鲁豆9为试验材料,研究波浪冠层栽培模式对大豆产量、产量构成因素、蛋白质、脂肪、脂肪酸组分以及微环境生态因子的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,波浪冠层群体增产253.65kg/hm2,增产11.76%;株高降低1.21cm,降低1.46%;在籽粒脂肪总量提高1.52%基础上,亚油酸含量提高1.60%,亚麻酸和硬脂酸含量分别降低0.14%和7.20%。波浪冠层各密度群体间株高和分枝数差异均达极显著水平,单株粒数和单株粒重差异均达显著水平,百粒重差异不显著。波浪冠层群体光照强度和CO2浓度分别增加67.68μmol•m-2•s-1和8.31μmol•mol-1,分别增加5.06%和2.45%;湿度增加0.33mbar,增高4.47%;低温生育期时温度增加1.86℃,增加0.69%,高温生育期时温度平均降低0.17℃,降低0.51%。光照、温度、湿度和CO2等微环境生态因子的变化,更利于高油大豆产量的形成和品质的改善。

    Abstract:

    This study assessed the high oil soybean variety Ludou9 in the experimental field of Heze Agricultural Academy during 2005-2006. We determined the effect of waving-canopy cultural type on soybean yield and its constituents, the protein, oil and fatty acid of soybean seeds, and the ecological factors of micro-environment. Compared with the control, the yield of waving-canopy groups increased by 11.76% to 253.65kg•hm-2 and plant height decreased 1.21cm, a decline of 1.46%. In addition, all contents of the oil increased by 1.52%, the content of linoleic acid increased by 1.6%, and the content of linolenic acid and stearic acid decreased by 0.14%and 7.20%, respectively. The differences of plant height and branches between waving-canopy density groups were all significant at p < 0.01, per plant seeds and yield were significant at p < 0.05, and the 100 seeds weight was insignificant. The PAR and CO2 of waving-canopy groups increased 67.68μmol•m-2•s-1 and 8.31μmol•mol-1, respectively. This represents increases by 5.06% and 2.45%, respectively. The humidity of waving-canopy groups increased 0.33mbar, or 4.47%. The temperature of waving-canopy groups increased 186℃, or 0.69%, at low temperature growth stage, while the average temperature decreased 0.17℃, a decline of 051%,at high temperature growth stages. The changes of PAR, CO2, temperature and humidity of the micro-environment favoured increased yield and improved quality of the high oil soybean.
