    摘要:

    研究了 9个桐花树 (Aegicerascorniculatum)种群遗传变异与环境变量的关系。结果表明环境因子与桐花树种群的Aat-2 A,Est-2 A,Est-2 B Mdh-1 A,Mdh-2 A Mdh-2 B Mdh-2 C Mdh-2 D等 8个等位基因相关性显著 ,尤其是前 4个等位基因 ,说明环境因子对这八个等位基因具有选择压力 ,他们的变化与环境变量有关。

    Abstract:

    Genetic variation of 9 Aegiceras corniculation populations were investigated using the assay of vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The concentration of concentrated gel and segregated gel were 2 5% and 7 0%, pH was 6 7 an 8 9, respectively. 13 Loci encoded by 5 enzyme systems were studied.
