Abstract:This paper reviews the research advances on the feeding of the copepod in the global ocean ecosystem dynamics.It focuses on the following fields:general factors influencing copepod feeding,the food effects on the population dynamics and the methods of estimating copepod ingestion rate.It suggests that some aspects require more study.
